These terms are an agreement between you and Nexcee, S-1, 2nd Floor, Olway House, Nr Navneet Press, Gurukul Rd, opp. Bank of Baroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380052, India ("we", "us"), which runs Figure First at www.figure-first.com ("the directory"). By using the directory or creating an account, you accept these terms and our Privacy policy.
1. The service
Figure First is a business directory. Business owners connect their Google Business Profile, and optionally their Facebook Page and Instagram account, choose which businesses to show, and those businesses appear with their details, hours, reviews, photos and posts. Owners can also post articles, events, press releases and jobs, see insights about their business, and reply to Google reviews. Visitors can search and browse businesses. The service is free at present; if paid plans are introduced, their price and terms will be shown before anyone is charged.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give true, current details.
- Keep your password and your Google or Facebook sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us at info@nexcee.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.
3. Business owners
- Connect and show only businesses you own or are authorised to manage. When you choose a business to show, you confirm this.
- You allow us to read the data described in our Privacy policy from the accounts you connect, to show it on the directory, and to post the review replies you write.
- Business details, hours and photos come from your Google Business Profile; change them there and press Sync now.
- A business is shown only if its main category is one the directory lists and its address has a city and a 6-digit pincode. We may hide a listing that breaks these terms, that is reported as wrong, or that we cannot refresh.
- Reviews are shown exactly as Google provides them. We do not edit, remove or rank them, and we do not accept payment to do so.
4. What you post
- You keep ownership of the articles, events, press releases, jobs, images and files you post.
- You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to show them on Figure First and on other directories run by Nexcee, for as long as they are posted.
- Post only what you have the right to post. Do not post anything that is false or misleading, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes someone else's rights, contains malware, or advertises something other than your business.
- Job and event posts must be real and must say clearly how to apply or register.
- We may remove content that breaks these rules.
5. Acceptable use
Do not copy the directory's data in bulk (scraping), try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, overload the service, or use it to send spam.
6. Google, Facebook and Instagram
When you sign in with or connect Google, Facebook or Instagram, their own terms also apply: the Google Terms of Service and Meta Terms of Service. Ratings, reviews and posts belong to their platforms and authors. We are not responsible for changes these platforms make that affect what we can show.
7. Our content
The directory's design, software and text written by us belong to Nexcee. You may share links to directory pages.
8. No guarantee
We work to keep the directory accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Business information comes from the businesses and their connected platforms; check important details (such as opening hours or prices) with the business directly.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by information that businesses or platforms provide. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹1,000 if you paid nothing).
10. Ending the service
You can stop using the directory and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For changes that matter, we will tell account holders before they apply. Using the directory after that means you accept the new terms.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
