Delete your data – Figure First

You can delete the data Figure First holds about you at any time. Pick the option that fits.

Remove Facebook and Instagram data

Sign in and open your dashboard.
Under Connected accounts, next to Facebook Pages, press Disconnect.

Your Facebook Pages' and Instagram accounts' data is deleted from the directory straight away, and our app's access is removed.

Or from Facebook: open Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, choose Figure First and press Remove. Facebook tells us, we delete your Facebook and Instagram data automatically, and you receive a confirmation code you can check at any time.

Remove Google Business Profile data

Sign in and open your dashboard.
Under Connected accounts, next to Google Business Profile, press Disconnect.

Your businesses are taken off the directory and their Google data is deleted. To remove only one business, use Remove next to it under Your businesses. You can also remove our access from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Delete your whole account

Sign in and open Account settings.
Under Delete your account, type DELETE and press Delete my account.

Your account, businesses, posts, insights and all connections are deleted.

Ask us by email

Write to info@nexcee.com with the subject "Delete my data" from the email address on your account, and say what you want deleted. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
